Enquiries from national organizations, including government departments, commerce and industry, universities, or from individuals should be addressed in the first place to the national member of ISONET for the country of the enquirer.

International governmental and non-governmental organizations should address their enquiries to the ISO/IEC Information Centre which is located in the ISO Central Secretariat in Geneva.
